Deborah and Justin Baldwin founded JUS TIN Vineyards & Winery in 1981. Their dream of a family-owned, estate grown and produced winery became a reality when 72 of their 165 acres were planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay.

The focus of the winery today is two primarily Bordeaux-style blends—ISOSCELES, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, and JUSTIFICATION, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Additional wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc; limited quantities of Mourvedre, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Tempranillo and Sangiovese are also produced.
